I am planning to buy BIA scale to measure body fat, muscle mass,etc for my home use. So how accurate are they. I know medical tests show extremely accurate body fat % but I cannot do it on daily basis as they are expensive so I need a home solution. Also I have body fat calliper but it is of very cheap quality.

Early morning hungriness

Due to intense vomitting after every meal m unable to get energy. After having med for vomitting the number of vomit have decreased per day.Can u telle foods which is rich in nutrients so whatever food I eat I get energy form it even if half of it is lost during vomitting
