It means there is no balance between diet and physical activity. Make sure you are eating high quality protien in every meal . Small and frequent meal work better for digestion and absorption. Include protien rich snacks in between. Don't eat high amount of protien at a time combination with carb is very important for easy digestion of protein otherwise it leads to constipation or stomach upset.
