Need a low fat and cholesterol diet
So, I wanted a low fat and low cholesterol snd high calorie + high protein diet!
I probably have ibs/gastritis and i have a gallbladder polyp due to which these food restrictions...
So I want your help to prepare an Indian diet with the above criteria.
My height is 5'7, weight is 66.5-68.0Kg
And my goal is to bulk up, upto 74KG.
Activity level: I workout at gym daily.

HARD STOOL AND CRYING DURING THE TIME.
Dear Sir/Madam,
My granddaughter is of 2 and half yrs. Old. She takes Ceregrow milk food at the morning along with almond / walnut (her mother separatly mixed with the milk food) then at lunch rice and fish. After lunch fruit juice. At 6pm cow milk and at dinner rice and fish Curry.
But her stool comes out very hard during her latrine. She starts crying bitterly everyday during latrine.
IS HER DIET IS OKAY ? AND SECONDLY WHAT TO GIVER HER TO EAT TO SOFTEN HER STOOL ?
