Have well balanced diet constituting of all foods in considerable portion sizes along with lifestyle modications.. add home made curds, fiber foods and all seasonal locally grown foods..such as Rainbow coloured fruits, vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grain cereals, unpolished dals etc..high biological value plant based proteins, EFA's etc...

Gud evening pls let me know do u have any health issues,if u follow a healthy routine dietary pattern along with exercise daily,adequate water intake per day ,adequate sleep in night n no stress then there is no need to taking any supplement.Try to consult a good physician for supplement recommendation.
