I consume only brown rice in lunch n dinner totally cutting down on chapati , zero intake of chapati is there is it ok or should i avoid eating brown rice as it is also a part of carbs

BMI: 33 Weight 92 kg. I have restricted my diet to 1500 calories to lose weight
. And focusing my protein in my diet. I do daily exercise. 30 min stationary cycling, 30 min cross trainer 45 min weight exercises. I need to know am I eating enough with this level of activity.
