Hi doctor. I am 20 years old male. I have a really thin physique. Thin upper extremities are my major problem. I have wrists of diameter 7 cm ..they are really thin and i barely have any muscle bulk on my chest. My diet is good (2500cal/day) and I am healthy. Please advice me on quick weight gain.Thanks
