Want to reduce weight
I am 5.1 n have 55 kg weight... I have a tummy and fatty arms n big chest... I play lawn tennis everyday and don't eat much of junk food. I look very fat n want to get slim what should I do?

Hi, Eat 5 small meals a day. Drink a banana milk shake before u play tennis.Include goods fats like dry fruits.Eat plenty of fresh vegetables n fruits.Eat atleast 3 hrs before you sleep.Drink 6-8glasses of water.Consider taking plant based protein supplement and do stretch exercise..
