Control high uric acid

Male 31. Facing problem for last one year. Uric. Acid in blood varies from 6 to 8.5. If I take medicines feburic or zyloric. It gets within the limits. Once I stop medicines it shoots up. I eat omlets regularly. Chicken once a week. No mutton , no fish. Plz advice dietry guidelines. I feel.joint pain due to high uric acid
