As u r from delhi if possible just consult once for better understanding of case and proper treatmwnt if medication is needed in ur case. Otherwise tull den u can follow the dietchart Early mrng:-dal cheeni powder with water Break fast:- 2 boiled egg white Daliya in water or cow milk/brown bread sandwich/corn flax Before lunnch:-vegetable juice Lunch:- chapaties n veg (no ghee n butter) Salad n dahi 4 pm:-fruit chat (no banana) 6pm:-orange juice 2 boiled egg white 8pm:- dinner(only one chapati or brown bred) Before sleep:- papaya ----------------------------------- Grean tea 4 times a day Coconut water once a day 2 glass Hot water after every meal Later tell me how u r feeling with this diet
