HI , I am getting this issue for 2nd time in last 3 months . The face will become fill will allergy kind of acne ,which will be very tiny give the hot splash sensation,spreads all over face & neck. I changed my cream ,very next day it happened but I am not sure its because of the cream,because its good brand ,please suggest .
