My age is 24. My height is 6'1 and weight is 55kg. I take proper diet followed by a glass of milk twice a day with bananas, but still there is no noticeable change in my weight from long period. I feels pretty embarrassing sometimes being so skinny. Please suggest some pills or remedies in order to gain weight.

Reducing waist size
In the last few years my waist size has increased from 34 to almost 40 now.Very recently I have started exercising for half an hour daily as well as controlling my diet. I have lost 4 Kgs in two weeks but the belly size remain same. Also the weight loss rate has almost stopped after those initial 4kgs.
What should I do to get rid of the belly in max 3months?
My total calorie intake is around 1500 cals now as per app data. I am consuming around 60gms of protein per day.
Previously I used to consume around 2200 cals per day.
