Bcz as of now i stay at my place bcz i am preparing for final year exams
So basically sort of sedentary lifestyle

Which of the following 3 ways is best to get most benefit out of herbal juice like curry leaves, coriander and pudeena leaves and tulasi leaves,
1. Grind raw leaves with water and extract juice
2. Boil the leaves in water and take boiled water as juice
3. Soak leaves overnight and take it as juice in the morning
