Fruits and vegetables can never have an alternative. They need to be included in our diet to prevent us from vital deficiencies. Further, raw fruits and salads are the best source of fibre. For some healthy high fibre snack options, you can have few nuts and seeds, sprouts chaat, makhana chaat,roasted chana, roasted peanuts, hummus with carrot sticks, peanut butter with toast, oatmeal, etc.

Don't avoid fruits & veggies. With the help of fruits& veggies lot of snacks can be made like - - Vegetable salad with Paneer - Vegetable salad with Black Chana/ white chana/ sprouts etc - Bhelpuri - Fruit Custard - Fruit & Chia Salad etc Try these & more healthy & high fiber recipes.
