High fibre snacks should have fruits and vegetables as part of high fibre snacks
Nuts, chana chaat, sprouts chaat, boiled corn, naachos
Fruits and vegetables can never have an alternative. They need to be included in our diet to prevent us from vital deficiencies. Further, raw fruits and salads are the best source of fibre.
For some healthy high fibre snack options, you can have few nuts and seeds, sprouts chaat, makhana chaat, roasted chana, roasted peanuts, hummus with carrot sticks, peanut butter with toast, oatmeal, etc.
