Having Chinnamon stick tea

Sir, well, I'm on a diet plz guide me I just heard in an article that having Chinnamon stick tea with adding honey and consuming every day is bad for health. i mostly take in an empty stomach before going for a running and zyming. I don't know if this myth is it right or wrong Consuming everyday Chinnamon tea make a bad impact in health...I mostly take 1 time Chinnamon stick tick with boiling hot water and adding honey And 2 times, mostly after bf I take green tea. And after gyming I take in evening a green tea so my question is it ok to have green tea 2 cup in a day or not Or should I stop taking Chinnamon stick tea, or should I stick it on a green tea only and have green tea 2 times in a day is OK...or not And what is a good time to have greentea Plz guide me

Hlo, sir or mam, im 6 feet tall guy im 95 kg Before 30 days, I was 105 kg after getting up morning running and exercising and completing 1 hour in ground, and then in bf, I took half bowl fruits and oats with milk. And then after 2 hours I take green tea and lunch I take multigrain atta chapati 3 and boil vegetables with salad and evening I go running again and going gyming doing 1.30 hours in gyming after coming gyming I take green tea And diner I take 3 multigrain atta chapati and boiled vegetables and salad .than I go for brisk walking, completing 12000 steps everyday plz guide me for maintaining healthy heart and  started taking in my diet from now olive oil and planing to eat only 1 time in weak just like fish. And chicken and egg omlet is it good to have in a 1 day in a weak and adding avacado fruits and plz tell me which juice is good for having everyday for maintaining healthy heart and blood pressure Beetroot. Carrot. Or mosambi or pomegranate .tomato Can we consumed juice
