Hello, actually I consult with homeopathic doctor to gain weight she suggested me herbalife products its to costly and i saw on internet its good for short term but not for long term. I have very good diet but not able to gain weight easily and when i get exert I lose weight i am 23 year old 5'2 height 40kg weight Suggest me something which help me out because i am pure vegetarian

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
