For 188 cm height, 87 kg weight is quite ok.
You can have carrot. But loosing or maintenance of weight needs right nutrients in right proportion as per your activity to maintain good health and avoid deficiencies.

U can eat carrots no issues and as per height ur weight should be near 86 to 88kg.whatever u doing is not exactly correct or good.may be ur r loosing weight. Instead of wheat go for millet rotis .
Instead of rice use millet rice .
