Hello doctors. My question is to dietician/nutritionist. Height - 5.7ft, weight - 75 kg, Gender- Male. Dr how much money is required to follow a healthy diet throughout the month? My goal is to lose belly fat, good heart health, skin and hair, gain muscles. I don't have any health issue like heart problem, diabetes etc only little bit of cough issue and bloating & gas issue.

Add whole grains ( oats, millets, brown rice, quinoa in moderation), high fiber vegetables and fruits

Avoid fried foods, refined flour, sugar
