Hi ,you need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You have not mentioned about how much is ur weight now. Also your height is of importance as then only one can know how much is your BMI. So as to assess whether you come in overweight or obese category. Because overweight candidates can improve with diet and some physiotherapy but obese candidates will hard to do diet as well as physio as there body does not allow them.
