To be precise the body weight during your monthly cycle would approximately be 1 .5 to 2kg higher than your normal days It is ideal to weigh yourself at morning hours preferably empty stomach, once a month weighing is ok as long as there is no need for weight management requirements.

Healthy morning, Monthly variation or fluctuations in weight are common during period. It is better to not weight during this time to avoid confusion and unnecessary anxiety. If you weigh yourself during your menstrual period there are chances that results may be higher than your actual weight This bloating and weight gain is due to hormonal fluctuations and water retention. It is better not to weigh during this time.
