Bone & Muscle problems

I occasionally get excruciating pain around the waist area. Its so much that I can't lie down or even get up. Then it suddenly goes away for a few days then returns. I have a sitting job with long hours in the computer. Could this be due to posture? If yes then why only this area

For the last 4-5 years my body is very cold waist down, to the extent that I have to sleep with a blanket even in May - June in Delhi heat with AC off, fan on low

From 2 days i am facing a severe back pain while bending down. May it is because of my matress but i tried sleeping on floor too. Still its paining. I used to touch my leg thumbs before but now i can hardly reach my knee. I tried relispray and warm water bag on it. Still it is paining. Is there any quick solution for this ?

Both knee become very weak and got pain while standing & walking after an operation of bartholin cyst one month ago.

Hi, I exactly don't remember what the cause is,BUT IN MY RIGHT ANKLE I FEEL THE PAIN AND IT SWELLS automatically. I DID AN X-RAY BUT RESULTS WERE OK. I DID AN URIC ACID TEST IT CAME OUT TO BE 8.2. I USE AN ANKLE BINDER AS WELL BUT IT IS NOT HELPING! PLEASE CONSULT ASAP.

Hi, I was doing gymming in January, so because of excessive exercising, my kness and legs got Overstrained, I took rest for 3 weeks, took physiotherapy treatment for around 2 months for strethening of muscles and stability, but still there is pain in knee and area surrounded by knees and thighs.. There are few points where if I press I feel lot of unbearable pain.. Don't know what is the problem exactly and why it is not healing even after 4 months..any suggestions would be appreciated..
