Banged ankle bone with bed a long time ago. It was painful then and after some time it started paining. whenever i get up from the bed after rest it becomes really painful to walk. The pain persists for around a minute or so and then i dont feel anything hurting me, it becomes normal. Though it pains slightly if i touch that area . However there is no swelling.

Your pain may be because of underlying bursal or ligamentous injury. Try applying ice locally over the painful area. Take tab ZERODOL 1 tab twice daily after meals for 3 days and Tab PAN 40mg once daily before breakfast for 3 days. It will help with the pain. It the pain or stiffness continues, you'll need a X-ray of ankle joint (AP and Lateral views) and blood tests for RA factor, Uric acid, CRP, Complete hemogram, Calcium & VitD3. Regards
