I am having ACL tear grade 3 and some other ligament tear also in my right knee whether surgery is mandatory. Shall i opt for stem cell therapy which one is best which one will give full recovery from my tear. By which one I will recover full biomechanics of my knee. Please Help me

Just started gyming and not able to cope with shoulder pain and pain in calves. I really want to exercise and stay fit but the pain is preventing me from going to the gym. What can i do? Is there any painkiller that might help??

2 weeks earlier my father start complaining about pain below the knee to the ankle of left leg, sometimes this pain comes occasionally and gone itself and for sometimes it continuously paining below the knee to the ankle but in light mode its not a severe pain but after 2 weeks my father told me that same kind of pain is begin in right leg too below knee to the ankle.due to this he facing difficulty for standing over a long period of time(10min.-15min.) on his feet.(4 years back my father had a plaster in the foot heel of left leg when he caught up in an accident) kindly help.

I have chronic knee pain for last 4 years. Recent diagnose from an orthopedic doctor confirmed that it is due to high uric acid (7.2 units). I m taking zyloric for 21 days for it. My pain is drastically reduced. Please let me know if I can start cycling? Or should wait for medication to complete?

Respected Doctors, I just wanted to know if there will be leg pain if we dont walk regularly..i used to walk a lot before now it reduced.. i hardly walk but if i walk and climb stairs for more than 5-7 mintues i experience leg pain in one leg and while sleeping i have this habit of putting my full hand under the pillow and sleeping..at times i get hand pain because of this.. Suggest Remedies ??

I feel like I have many personality issues. Stress, anxiety,depression, confusion etc. It has been affecting me since I could remember. But I have an excellent mind and I fear that any sort of psych evaluation or medicine might damage my brilliance. I am so scared of this thought. Please help.

I am a 20 year old student and practice karate . I have been having a lower back pain for nearly a month the exact cause of which is unknown to me. The pain doesn't allow me to bend forward. Earlier i was able to touch my head to my kness at my karate class which i am not able to do at the moment. It feels as if something in my lower back is preventing or restraining me from bending forward. I usually feel the pain while sitting and barely while walking. I had consulted an orthopaedic near my house who had prescribed some painkillers and some medicine to prevent gas- problems. Inspite of taking the prescribed course of medicines regularly , the pain still persists. Could it be joint/vetrbrae related problem or nerve related problem ? What can I do to get rid of this problem ?

My mother is suffering from terrible knee pain of both the legs which gets swollen at times. She can barely walk a long distance and cont even stand for a longer time. Doctors consulted and reported a case of arthritis and some are advising to replace the knees. Physiotherapy was also applied but cure has not been obtained. Please advise.

I'm 22 years old and I'm spinal AVM patient. I'm on recovery from 4 years. But my recovery in going very slow. Since 2 months I'm feeling pain in my right knee while walking with walker. It suddenly bends while walking. I feel an involuntary movement in my knee. I'm confused to whom I should consult. I took an appointment with neuro surgeon but they said that I should consult orthopedist. Kindly please help.
