Bone & Muscle problems

Pain in sacroiliac joint. Doctor diagonised AS from MRI and vitamine D 3 is 14 only Regular pain which stays for 1-2 hrs and vanish with pain killer

Muscle pain in the shoulder and hands. pain in calf muscle, & stiffness in thighs while stretching. All these problems are due to gym & heavy workout. All these problems are existing since 6 months . So please help me out Sir.

Two days ago i did weight lifting in the gym. Yesterday when i woke up i noticed that my left hand wrist was paining whenever i twist my hand. The pain is in the region of ulna bone. Today the pain is less but it still persist on twisting. My Q. is whether it is due to hairline fracture in ulna or muscel tear pain. Should i need to consult an ortho or rest for a day?

Everyday i go to bed with a aching back . Sometimes it is lower back and sometime upper. Not able to understand the reason . Is there some problem with my back bone ? Or there can be some females specific reason ?

I was detected with l1-l2 disc herniation , l2-l3 disc bulge and l3-l5 borderline bony canal stenosis post MRI. Treated for the same for the past 3 months. It's been 4 weeks post treatment, I'm experiencing pain in the lumbar region while bending and muscle stiffness/pain in shin areas in both legs and hips sometimes. I'm also using a LS belt while walking or sitting. Please suggest accordingly

I am having heavy shoulder pain on my shoulder for the past 1 week. I consulted an orthopedic doctor and had X-ray taken to see no issues. I was prescribed with pain killer for 5 days. However, the pain hasn't come down yet. I tried changing my sleeping position and the mattress as well. Nothing has helped me. I travel about 50 kms everyday in bike. Any suggestions would be of very much help. Thanks in advance.

She have a problem in right leg while walking.she not grounded her leg properly and she has birth problem.

I had tail bone fracture one and half years back.Till now I have done 3 xrays. Previously the gap between the bones was much but now reduced. I am using doughnut pillow. But now the recent xrays show that it is less . I am getting pain while getting up and while lying down for a longer period of time. Please help me as it getting more painful,
