Bone & Muscle problems

Had hair line fracture on 5th mt on right leg.had plaster of 3 week. Can i remove my plaster now? Please advice.x ray attached.

Having a hairline fracture in hand(wrist)......... wearing plaster of paris(pop)......but it feels uncomfartable....suggest some other methods to resolve....

Doctor, I have so much pain in my right shoulder when i rotate my shoulder. This pain starts only when i start rotate my shoulder from 90 degree to up fully vertucal position. This pain starts in my shoulder when direction of my arm is fully horizontal parallel to earth surface. Pain in shoulder only occur when i sleep sometimes towards right position of bed and then this pain remain for few days then this pain automatically left from shoulder then again starts after few times Please doctor help me in this kind of issue by any diet, exercise, home remedie etc,

Respected sir, Few days ago 18th of April I got an accident and fractured in my left leg including some x-ray copy before and after treatment i want your advise is there any requirement for surgery my previous doctor done the treatment with pulling leg to do the bone on its position . Now i have a proper plaster. Pls find the attachment. Of before and after.

My brother fell down from activa a year ago. The doctor here said muscles have strained up n there's nothing to worry. But still the pain continued. We did MRI n the result is gangoli cysts of posterior cruciate ligament. He have asked for surgery. Please advise.

Last few month i am having pain in both heels especial while standing after a long sit or rest say. In morning.. or in office.. but after a walk for say 5min pain subsides and then vanishes.. I use soft shoes also from last many months.. but pain is still there. I have not go through any medications for this as such.. Any suggestions plz
