Dear patient, The exercises are good but difficult to opine that they are sufficient for u without examining you.. Before opining I need to know the the type of fixation of graft, what type of meniscal surgery done,ur range of motion, ur quadriceps wasting, associated ligament injuries... Better to consult the surgeon who operated on u if possible or else consult any other orthopaedic surgeon who is trained in ACL reconstruction surgeries for better opinion. Regards, Dr Nataraj H M
