Had acl surgery 4 months ago!
I am currently at a mark of 4months post acl surgery! My question is does smoking and consumption of alcohol affect the outcomes of acl surgery?? Will that harm the healing of my acl graft?

I don't think smoking /alcohol affects acl 4 months post surgery. Having said that..it isn't a good habit for long term health.
