3 months ago I got my left knee twisted while Playing cricket.today I took MRI and it says complete ACL tear . Is surgery only option or it can be cured with medicines or physio therapy or homeopathy or Ayurvedic treatment?

Yes u must go for surgery acl recontruction through arthroscopic method. That get better compared to others.
