Partial thickness acl tear
Hi, I recently am diagnosed with a partial acl tear on my right knee. I have pain during the walk (2.5/5) and sometimes the knee buckling happens,and a feeling of twisting the knee on a pivoted movement.I am 30 years old (86kgs,164cm height). On a daily basis the pain scale is 2.5/5, will I be able to heal the acl tear naturally?
