If you have knee instability since 3 years and MRI shows complete ACL tear, arthroscopic ACL reconstruction is the treatment for you. After ACL reconstruction, patient should undergo vigorous physiotherapy to strengthen knee muscles to get back to routine. In any sports surgery, physiotherapy (exercises after surgery) plays a crucial role in near complete recovery and getting back to sports activities.
