Bone & Muscle problems

There is a pinching pain in my lower back for few days especially near the disk. I have tried applying balms like moov and iodex. However pain has not reduced. I am unable to sit for long hours and not able to walk fast due to the pain. Please advice.

I have been suffering from severe back pain from last 4 months. Have been diagnosed with two of best ortho in Bangalore and Kolkata. Done Xray and MRI ALSO. As per both doc all ok in reports. They said vitamin and minerals are a bit less for which i took meditation for a month. Pain have been reduced to 50% but it is sometime again going back to original. Done Physio as well suggested by doc. Not sure how and whom should consult for this. Working very minimally in home. No tough work or exercise, please someone suggest.. Will be visiting spine surgeon today as well. Any review or suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks

Sir, patient's shoulder got dislocated 10 years ago while playing vollyball for the first time. Since then it gets dislocated again and again anytime while sleeping, changing clothes, etc. We got to know that a ball under his armpit gets displaced and it happens. Now what is sureshot solution to this problem, cost and chances of recovery.

Hi,I work as a Software engineer.I have been feeling pain in my back under rip cage. Pain is starting if I sit for longer time like 1 to 2 hours continuously. After lunch, it is becoming unbearable. If I walk for 20 to 30 mins then I am able to sit for 20 mins then again pain is starting. I am unable to concentrate on my work. I thought it is a big issue and I went for the full body health checkup. After checkup, I have consulted Cardiologist and General physician. Both told me that there is no problem. General physician suggested few medicine for the gases. After completing the medicine, I am still feeling pain. So, I consulted Orthopaedic, after taking x-ray, he suggested few medicines. I have been taking these medicines from last 10 days but still pain is not going away. I can't understand, what is happening. I had a Gynecomastia surgery 1.5 year ago. Now, again I can see the gynecomastia is re-occurring again. I don't know what to do next. Please help me.

My mother has a constant complain of pain in her upper left arm (above elbow and below left shoulder). Pain is tolerable and not severe but it disturbs her whenever she is falling sleep. Earlier for a few months, she had pain in her elbow joint which she now says has been cured. She has a suspicion that because she is not a stomach side sleeper but sleeps with her arms beneath her body, this pain happens. Unfortunately she is unable to change her sleeping position. She does not suffer from any disease or condition, her BP is normal, diagnostic tests for sugar and other parameters were done last Oct 2015. Her Vitamin B12 an Vitamin D3 levels were low and after doctor's consultation, tablets were prescribed at that time. She completed her dosage and is now not taking any medication

My knees are pain since 4-5 years. Xray done & doctor says gap in my knees. But now few days my both foots are suffering from very pain
