I can understand your concern,
The common causes could be that she stands for a long time. she needs to take rest at regular intervals,
she needs to lose weight if she is overweight.
give her a pain killer as of now like a tablet. aceclofenac 100mg twice a day. tab. neurobion forte once a day after food..
tab. supracal pro once a day after food..
kindly consult a orthopedician for further help.
