As per ur complaints it seems either calcaneal spur or plantar fasciitis
Or brexters nerve entrapment
Do an Xray heel lateral view to rule out exact pathology n get better treatment and care

According to yours complaint it seems to be planter fasciitis which is condition which affects the foot in early morning during first step don’t worry it’s just internal swelling
It’s too difficult to make for your right foot pain, do you have a pain at lower back also , are you suffering from flatfoot? It can be plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis , not to worry, send me the photographs of your foot with full weight bearing.
Meanwhile, you can take some muscle relax tablet , use heel cushion, pad in your shoes. Do not walk or run without sleeper or shoes.
