Having pain in heels
From last one month i m having pain in back foot or heel portion of both foots. Sometime its unbearable and it gose up to knees.

it is because of bad footwear.  change uer shoes to soft one or use silicon insole . show it to uer orthopaedic to rule out the cause of the and proper treatment
