Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Sir, My mother has been facing issue where her left foot is getting swollen while she is walking or working with pain in her foot. When she lies on bed with both her feet resting on bed, her swelling goes away but as soon as soon she puts her foot on ground again the unbearable pain starts and pain is that much that she has to hold bed or almirah or something to walk for sometime to get her balance. This has been ongoing for 8-9 months now. We have already visited 2 doctors without any success and the tests they wrote came all fine (X-ray, Arthritis, uric acid etc.). Please suggest something as to what can be the issue

Having pain in the thoracic region since last few days. It is a diffused pain. It pains more on pressing. No other symptoms.. Can it be because of sleeping on the floor for last 3 months? Please suggest as we are worried.

Sir/mam suddenly i feel a clot in my right side thigh. Is it a blood clot or a thigh knot i don't know bt am feeling pain am pressing it by my finger. Its feel like a small ball. Can you tell me what is it? Is there any solution for it except surgery?

Since November last year,I started feeling pain in my knees,specifically when declining stairs.now since last 2-3 months I feel stiffness in my knees. If I be in knee bended position fr few minutes even,like while sitting,I am not able to straighten my knees easily. Around 9 yrs back, I had a problem with my hands'fingers. I could not straighten them when I got up in the morning. All thru the day my fingers were bent.I could not write and do household chores. My ESR was found to be high during that time. I took homeopathic medicines for sometime. I am a teacher by profession.kindly help me out.

I get cramps in legs at night times.. what are the causes for it and what remedies can be taken .? Is having thyroid could be one of the reason behind it ?

Pain in my heel for more than 4 month. My uric acid is 5.6mg /100 ml. Serum cholesterol 270 mg/100ml. Serum triglyceride levels is 227 mg/ 100ml. HDL cholesterol 35 mg/100ml. LDL cholesterol 190 mg/100 ml. VLDL 45 mg/100 ml. Is any this serious regarding body. What type of diet should is take.

I hv umbilical hernia n severe knee pain.most important is my arms are growing big in size day by day,it seem to be very abnormal.i hv a doubt whether it could be a thyroid in hand.
