Ankle sprain
I had a mild ankle sprain...my doctor suggested I remove my splint after 2 weeks..nd start walking without it..nd do lil exercises...I'm walking lil alrite but ther is tightness around my ankle and lil pain preventing me from walking perfectly...and if I lift my feet up its nt straight it's crossed plz give suggestions

Hello.. Well..because of the splint what happens is your ankle is immobilised for a period of 2 weeks...as a result of which there will be definitely tightness and restriction for which you need to do ankle exercises.. physiotherapy..this will gradually improve the movements and then it will be back to normal...thank you
