Metal Plate in Ankle
I am a 22 year old female . I have a metal implant in my left ankle along with screws, which was placed 4 years ago. The doctor who performed the surgery said it was permanent.. but i wish to have it removed as it causes me pain and discomfort . Is it Ok for me to remove this implant?
