Having to much pain at siiting area cant walk even cant sit cant sleep plz sugeest mi wht shud i do i m 4month pregant..i having this pbm from last 3years but now a days its too much paining plz suggest mi any creaming..or other medicine

I have pain in my groin area when am sleeping on my back straight lay down. And pain is also on my thigh on both side when am sleeping and sitting. I have gerd problem I due to that?? I consult Urologist na Dn all test by him blood test, usg scrotum, usg abdomen all normal and he said that this is not uro problem. And he refers to the orthopaedic so I have one very imp questions that can groin area and testicles pain in related to thigh (leg pain) or not related plz humble ans me??? Pain is start from I year ago and no a day it's goes worst due to that I can't sleep now a days. Plz ans abt relation of groin area (testicles) and leg???

Im priyanka, 24years old... I'm preparing for Physical Events of govt. Post. Since one month I'm practicing running and other events for 4-5 hours daily. Suddenly, since 3 days I'm suffering from heel pain severely and knee bone pain. Please let me know the appreciate solution or medicines. As i was consulted doctor and he suggested me few medicines like - 1.Dynapar 2. Callite- M and 3.Omeprazole. But its not working. In how many days i can continue my practice.

Hello. While doing pushups / surya namaskar, i get a lot of pain in my right wrist. The pain sometimes happens while using the computer too. Haven't noticed the pain while doing weights in the gym though this might change. Is this pain normal? Can I self diagnose myself to treat this pain?

My father works at CESC Pvt. Ltd in CGC (Consumer Grievance Cell).He has to ride a bike all day for his job.But this is affecting his right leg.His knee is getting decayed,his leg gets bended badly.He walks even with many difficulties. Many doctors told him to do knee replacement.But is this helpful and will he able to walk properly after that?

Hello. I used to use the elliptical machine in the gym regularly for a long time without any issues . Recently though within 5 minutes of cardio activity on the elliptical, I get bad cramps on my lower abdomen/side areas. Because of this i am unable to continue. How can I avoid this from occurring?
