ACL Reconstruction..
Hello doctor, My ACL in right knee has torn completely while playing cricket. Doctor has advised me go for ACL reconstruction asap. He says a big amount(nearly 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees) for ACL reconstruction. It is a very big amount for us. We can't afford to it. I'm depressed due to this. The only thing we could do is to blame our destiny. I'm almost like a handicapped. I couldn't run, I couldn't walk properly. Life is almost like a hell to me. Can you please help me? I feel, the cost would be very cheap in medical college hospitals. We planned to go to St.John's medical college hospital for treatment. Is it a right move? Doctor, kindly help me reg. this. Thank you.

Left shoulder problem
When I was in gym, doing some shoulder exercise, I did it in wrong way and at that time I heard a click sound from my left shoulder after that moment it was painful to do any Kind of exercise with left hand. Now it is fine but when I do push-ups I still hear that click sound and the bone above the shoulder is more visible than the right shoulder.
Please suggest me what should I do to make it normal again.
Thanks

Knee pain around patella
Hi, i am a regular jogger and run around 7-8 kms 5 days a week and during weekend i play either soccer or cricket.
From past few months i have been suffering from pain in my knee specially around patella in my right knee. Even sometimes i had problem climbing the stairs. This happens specially after weekend games.
I did consult physiotherapist for few weeks and he recommended some knee exercise along with some vitamin c supplement. After few weeks it improved but pain didn't go away completely. As long as i walk it feels okay but the moment i start sprint or play soccer. Right after the game i feel the pain in my knee.
I also consulted a orthopedic and he too suggested some vitamin supplement like mobikart-d or orthoboon
I have stopped playing weekend games and also stopped jogging from past 3-4 months. I now only brisk walk for 10 km. But i am not getting rid of the pain.
Any suggestion would be a great help. I badly want to get back to my earlier routine.

Severe back & joint pain
Hi doctors I have been suffering from severe back pain for the last few days. I would really appreciate it if you could suggest an effective pain killer with least side effects. Also is there a cure for osteoarthritis? If not, what are the best medical treatments (preferably non surgical) and lifestyle changes to help me cope with it, thanks in advance.
