LOWER BACK MUSCULAR SPASM
I was reaching out for my keys and so i had to stretch and as soon as i did my back underwent a muscular spasm and i cannot move anything neither can i stand up , its been 9 hours and still i feel horrible I applied volini and heat but had no effect. I cannot even move to consult a doctor. Please help me

My recent MRI scan report stated
"Disc bulge at L5-S1 level with focal annular tear and central extrusion causing compression on traversing nerve root on left side"(picture attached)
I was suggested for a surgery by a Neuro Surgeon". But I'm afraid.
Is there any alternate way to cure this? Suggestions needed.

Pain in lower back

Joints pain, burning eyes
Suffering from knee pain for over 6 months. Pain moved from right knee to now in both knees, now feel pain in elbows and wrists also often, in rather all joints.
