Hi my mother need to undergo knee replacement surgery (of both knees), can someone suggest the best doctor/hospital for the same. Also what will be the approximate package cost for the same? Currently I am referring to Dr. Attique Vasdev (Medanta).

From last 4 years suffering from lower back pain. Had MRI and x ray but nothing came out. Presently it is continuous, and getting worse. Doctors assumed it is disc degeneration which cnt be cured and asked me to wait for natural healing. already had physiotherapy sessions,but pain still continues. I got my full body Preventive Health Checkup done of my own which includes 86 tests since I was suffering with muscular and joint pains with some times numbness in legs. Out of all tests, below test results are out of prescribed limits and rest all well within limits including ANTI CCP (ACCP) & ANTI NUCLEAR ANTIBODIES. Hello! I am asking this question with regard to my mother. She is 50 years old now. From past 3-4 months, she is experiencing pain in her knuckles, Interphalangeal joints. As such, there is no swelling. No fever. No fracture. Because all the fingers on both right and left hand are paining it seems. Can I know the reason why this is happening? Is there anything serious? I have been suffering from lower back pain past 4 years. I have had X-rays, MRIs done but to no avail. Of late, it has started moving upwards and I am having difficulty standing up and walking more than 100 metres. Please advise.

Get this pain twice in a year.. Pain occurs on the right hand side near the waist and last atleast for a week.
