Wrist pain
I work out in gym from last 3 months Some pain had in my right wrist during weight lifting and it pains lot like my veins stuck or jam Please share any home remedies to overcome from this pain

Hi for this you can apply ice twice a day for 5 days and observe for it, if pain continuous consult a physiotherapist he can guide you correctly, mostly it should be a sprain on the wrist but still confirm with physical examination by a physiotherapist.

Check for swelling, if it's there apply ice...if it hurts with movement ace wrap it. Consult doctor if pain worsens as it can be a sprain which can further worsen. Avoid lifting any objects or about weight on the wrist.

Hi there !! Always before you workout please do warm ups such as forearm stretches and arom ex's for  wrist joint and during wrist workout always take  support  your forearm !and proper exercise technique... the cause pain might be many such as subluxation or ligament Sprain..or bursitis!!brace your wrist and hand during hand activities hot pack or ice  improves healing !! Perform finger exercises! Hope it works to make you better
