Pain in wrist bones
Its been weeks my mother has this intense pain on her wrist joints and earlier it was cured after medication of vitamin supplements.However over a past couple of weeks the pain reoccured with more intensity that she is unable to fold her hands.The portion has turned black and swelled up a bit.We have consulted a general doctor he has advised to get some supplements but to vain.please recommend me the effective treatment asap. Remove  tight bands if any Can be dequervain's tenosynovitis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis Needs clinical examination

There can be multiple reasons. One of them being fluid collected in the tendons due to over work . Better to consult in person with an orthopaedician to rule out dequervains and rheumatoid arthritis .

Where exactly she has pain, is it just below the base of thumb or diffusely over her wrist? It could be Dequervein's tenosynovitis.
