She had a c section delivery 5yrs before. Now.she is having sever back pain. Unable to lying down,while for a sitting for a lonhg time and athen standing.

Hello... Cesearian section might not be the cause for back pain.... Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone, or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon
