Back pain after c section
Hi I am a new mom (c section) I have severe back pain only while waking up. Pain gradually sign off when I get up from the bed.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the provided.  However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS.(better avoided). --. It looks like a myofascial pain syndrome. Just have to do back muscle stretching for 15 days regularly for 5-10 mins.

It is nothing worrisome. You can try doing simple stretching exercises and yoga. Perhaps see my physiotherapist at Doctors Hub or myself for further examination and treatment .acupuncture can also help in the short term
