I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing knee pain and swelling. These symptoms could be caused by a variety of factors, including osteoarthritis, an injury, or an underlying medical condition. It's important to see a doctor or a specialist such as an orthopedic surgeon or a rheumatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
In the meantime, there are some steps you can take to alleviate your symptoms. You can try using ice packs or heat pads on your knees, doing low-impact exercises to strengthen the muscles around your knees, and taking over-the-counter pain medications such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen as directed. You can also try wearing supportive knee braces or using shoe inserts to reduce the pressure on your knees while walking or standing.
However, please note that these measures are not a substitute for medical evaluation and treatment. It's important to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan to address the underlying cause of your knee pain and swelling.

Two months swelling is a long standing one..
Needs to be evaluated properly by clinical examination.
Only then can the treatment be decided for your issues.
Calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements are helpful but if swelling is persistent, its unlikely to benefit you.
