Bone & Muscle problems

I am having a sharp pain in right upper back portion from 2 months. Pain is between spine and shoulder area. Sharp pinning pain. My work is mostly computer related. I have started doing back exercises. Is it serious life long pain? Please suggest

I have got my left foot injured in accident. My 2nd small finger bone got crack on foot on 17 th march. Got stitches on foot which were removed after 15 days. Then plaster was tied for one month. Now plaster is removed but the bone cracked is not healed. Dr. Says to wait for 6 months to heal. He stopped the medicines. He says if not joined in 6 months we should operate it to join. Is it join in given time or not. What should I do. Should I have to take some medicines to heal it.

My CRP is 1.9mg/DL.what does it indicate.Is it too high.Could it be in any case linked with my acute heel pain.

I am having knee pain for the last two months. The lab test initially show one month back that the RA factor was 24.5. After taking " Hydro chloroquine " for one month the RA factor has come down to 5.4. I am continuing with the above medicine (200mg) even after one month as my knee pain in one leg has not come down and effusion of fluid in the knee. Now I feel sensation of vomiting and got severe severing while in sleep at night. Advice. From today I reduced the tab to half(100mg) ( Hikem) without cobsulting doctor. However I am cobtinuing with other medicice 1. JOINTACE 2. Moid 3 calcimax Kindly advice

I am having pain in my heels when I wake up in the morning and also after seating for a long duration. The pain is very uncomfortable and it's really difficult to walk.

Inspite of taking Remicade infusion my pain is getting reduced to only 50 %. I amdoing exercise for one and half hour daily in the morning. Can I get a solution

My recent MRI scan report stated "Disc bulge at L5-S1 level with focal annular tear and central extrusion causing compression on traversing nerve root on left side"(picture attached) I was suggested for a surgery by a Neuro Surgeon". But I'm afraid. Is there any alternate way to cure this? Suggestions needed.
