Mcl ligament tear
I tore my mcl ligament in my knee 1 month ago ... after being on knee braces and medication for one month ... my doctor has now advised me to start physiotherapy ... but I am unable to find a physiotherapist who provides treatment for ligament tears of the knee... what should I do?

Hello!! Initially start with applying hot around knee joint in home for three times a day !! Then take ultrasound therapy...followed by exercise Therapy!! For more info Please contact Root's physio

An orthopaedic or sports physiotherapist would be able to help you.... You need to take physiotherapy for a while, please not try doing exercises at your own even if you get them through web.... Exercises are not based on condition only they are based on condition of your knee at present as well.... Which can only be assessed by a physio.... Find a good physio near your area through practo who specialises in orthopaedic and sports.....

If u can't find a physio, go back to ur doctor who'll teach u exercises.. Start doing it urself as per his advice
