Hi,
I am getting back neck pain near spinal cord joint its not continuous pain its comes after 5-7 days .
Please suggest me some exercise or should i consult with the doctor.

Hi there! Please practice breathing exercises and neck static exercises by pressing your head to hand on front ,back and sides of head in front of mirror ! Hope will get improved..thanks
