Back Neck pain
Hi, I am getting back neck pain near spinal cord joint its not continuous pain its comes after 5-7 days . Please suggest me some exercise or should i consult with the doctor. Thanks.

Hi there! Please practice  breathing exercises and neck static exercises by pressing your head to hand on front ,back and sides of head  in front of mirror ! Hope will get improved..thanks

A proper clinical evaluation is necessary before giving you exercises..... Something called as upper cross syndrome is quite common in IT professionals... It may be that but can't really say without evaluation... Please don't perform any exercise before consulting a physio

Consult a Orthopaedic Surgeon to rule out spondylosis It's life style problem due to Desk job and constant sitting require for IT field Correct your posture and follow Ergonomics at work Do read about Ergonomics on Google Do some form of aerobics exercises daily
