Fracture in pinky finger.
My brither got a fracture(a line we can see in x ray about 2cm) in the pinky/fourth finger.
We consulted an orthepedic doctor, he suggested to go for wire fixation and also advised tnat it would cost around INR 50000.
Please advise if we need to go for wire fixation and does total cost which he advised is fair?

Can't respond without seeing the x ray
Some minor fractures heal very well without surgery. But a few need surgery to prevent deformity later in life. You can get a second opinion.
