Hello! The x-ray looks good. The implant and fracture are in place Recovery depends on lots of factors like his age, body weight, mobility, bone quality & healing. He should start weight bearing as per the advice of the operating surgeon If he follows a good diet and does his mobility exercises he should be able to walk
