My daughter is 3 and half years old. She fell down from bed yesterday. Her right hand is swollen. We took x-ray yesterday. I have attached her x-ray report. Can you please tell me what is there in the report? is there any fracture in her hand?

Possible soft tissue swelling and local injury. Bones and ligaments heal very quickly in small children.
Keep them pain free with Paracetamol as per her weight and as guided by local paediatrician. Application of ice packs and rest the limb with some elevation if possible . One the pain settles gentle use of the limb to regain muscle strength and power and flexibility
